Refunds

Due to the nature of these products, we regret that refunds will only be provided at Mantissa’s sole discretion.

Our lessons are designed to run on a wide variety of desktop and laptop computers, and make low demands on network bandwidth.

Prospective purchasers with unusual hardwareand/or software configurations are strongly recommended to apply for a free trial program,  so they can conduct their own investigations. 

Refund requests must be submitted by email  to sales@mantissa.co.uk within five working days of purchase of licences.
